Christopher Martyen is a systems architect at LeanScale, where he builds and maintains Salesforce and RevOps infrastructure for the firm's clients. An early adopter of generative AI in day-to-day admin work, he uses ChatGPT as an always-available technical partner — debugging formulas, generating Salesforce validation rules from plain-English requirements, and translating inherited configuration so non-technical teammates can collaborate. He came to AI partly out of a healthy fear of it, and frames it as an augmenting force in the tradition of email and other technologies that grew work rather than eliminating it.
